Crystalline Waterproof Agent

Crystalline Waterproof Agent  is a cement-based penetrative construction waterproof material containing special active chemical ingredients. After surface brushing or internal mixing into mortar/concrete, its active components diffuse into capillary voids. They react with free lime and moisture from cement hydration to generate insoluble needle-shaped calcium silicate hydrate crystals, permanently plugging pores and microcracks inside the substrate. Unreacted chemicals stay dormant and reactivate upon new water penetration to regrow crystals.

• Excellent comprehensive weather & chemical resistance: Stable under -40 ℃ to 120 ℃; tolerates repeated freeze-thaw cycles, long-term UV exposure, acid rain, sulfate and chloride erosion. It prevents steel bar corrosion and concrete efflorescence.
• Breathable & eco-friendly: Allows internal vapor to escape to avoid blistering; zero VOC, non-toxic, certified safe for potable water tanks and green building LEED certification.
• Simple & flexible construction: Available in both surface-coating slurry (for existing buildings) and internal admixture powder (for fresh concrete/mortar). Applicable via brush, roller or spray, shortens construction period.
